Its been a while since i have written on my blog. Have been busy because i have been making videos. I thought i would share this one with you as I am particularly proud of it.

Just a few words about reinvesting in your business.

Many businesses, even established ones wonder if they should reinvest in their business. I would certainly suggest reinvesting in your business, if you want your business to keep growing you definitely should. Why should you reinvest? What does you and your business gain out of reinvesting? How should you reinvest? How much should you reinvest?

Why Reinvest?
Reinvesting in any business, in this case, your company, will help on many levels. I always say, when you spend a little you get a little. So when you reinvest money into your business, you will see a better overall performance of the business. Imagine for a moment, perhaps your company is not doing so well because of its location. By reinvesting your profits from your business it could pay to relocate your company premises. This will all depend on how much you reinvest. It might be that you need to purchase a new vehicle that will better serve your customers or hire extra help. This all goes with reinvesting because ultimately you will uplift the overall performance.

What Do I Gain Out Of Reinvesting?
Better bottom lines, quite possibly. As stated previously, relocating your current business would give you better visibility, or make it easier to serve your customers more efficiently, thus bringing in more potential customers or saving on expenditure. You might just see an increase in sales by relocation or a lesser expenditure, and with no additional marketing than what you were doing before. I would say a 10% increase in rent or mortgage for a 50% increase in sales is quite favourable, respective that your rent is not out of the roof over the bottom line. After reinvesting business owners are bound to gain something in return, be it small or big you should see change.

How Should I Reinvest in My Business?
Reinvesting isn’t just about putting more money back into the business. It also means investing more time and energy back into the business. If you work X amount of hours if you can find the time to put in a few extra hours so that you may work on another innovative idea or avenue for your business. What you might find is that, a few extra hours multiplied by how many days you work then something extraordinary might come out of that. When you reinvest with your time, it can help you come up with better strategies to operate your business, better marketing ideas, better ideas to help service your customers, or just assist you with coming up with better or new services. You don’t even have to reinvest your time while you are in the office. I would suggest setting aside some time while you are at home; think over some ideas on how you can grow your business and draw up some possible changes you could make .

How Much Should I Reinvest Into My Business?
In my opinion the minimum you should reinvest in your business is 10% if you want to truly grow your business then you have to sacrifice something, now 10p from a pound isn’t much is it. The more you put in the more you get back. I mentioned sacrificing; now I was taught a while back that the word sacrifice is often confused, and that most people think it has to do with sacrificing to some kind of god. They couldn’t be more wrong. When you sacrifice something, simply put, you are giving up something of a lower nature to receive something of a higher nature. This is exactly what reinvesting is all about, giving 10p with the view to receiving 50p. I kept the figures small, I’m sure you can do the maths.

A word of warning though, always consider what you are sacrificing, will it bring you something of a higher value, will it improve anything in your business? Do an analysis of your business and see what you need to sacrifice, be it ten pence in every pound or some of your time. What will improve your life? If you apply the law of sacrifice correctly to your business, or indeed yourself, you will certainly see the results.

I recently blogged about how we have a strong connection to music and the vibration aspect of this. I am now using music to help inspire people, sometimes just understanding a few words to a song can help develop an emotional attachment to it. Once you have a positive emotion about a piece of music or lyrics to a song, it feels fantastic, you feel uplifted in that moment. This can move you on to inspiration and greater achievements in your life.

Jay Z & Alicia Keys have produced this inspiring video. Its so inspiring when you look at the lyrics(Don’t consider the full song as I want to pick out a couple of important points)

The very title Empire Sate of mind is poignant in itself. When you have developed what you call an “Empire State of Mind” you effectively have a master mind, once you have a mind that you master apposed to others mastering you, you can achieve everything and anything your heart desires. The lyrics touch on this briefly. Jay Z sings “I made it here so I can make it anywhere” only a person who truly has mastered his mind can truly believe and hold this as true.

Anyone can achieve an empire state of mind; it comes through faith and persistence. Most people who have ever gotten rich have had to persevere through allsorts of challenges. If they hadn’t persevered they wouldn’t be were they are today.

Do you ever think, i dont actually remember the journey to work?

I have realised a truth that's just amazing. I recently took a new job and have moved to an area that I have never been before. The morning i first did the journey was amazing. I had only been there once, and it was dark when i went. So the morning i first had to do this journey meant really had no clue as to where i was going, apart from what the destination was.

I set out on my journey, now i knew i had to turn left, that was all i could realy remember. I gave no other thought attention other than the fact i would get there and in plenty of time. As i was driving i took no notice of road signs, i went purely on my intuition. It paid off, but the strngest thing is, i discovered on my journey today that i had taken many wrong turnings an the route i should have taken was far simpler. As i said i was taking no notice of signs, i was guide purely by intuition and faith in my purpose of getting there.

The truth i have discovered is that when you move on purpose, ignoring everything except your purose and have faith in your aim, you will undoubtedly acheive it.I decided a little while ago that i will move only with purpose in mind, which has produced fantastic results in my life, and i'm only really begining.

So, if you feel you dont have a purpose, make one up. If you have one already, do not pander to other peoples negative beleifs about your purpose. Imagine you are bullet proof. I find it useful to carry an affirmation with me all day, infact i carry one with me everyday all day. My favourite is All is well, i am divinely protected all life loves and supports me.

Try it today, see how amazing your day will become. Hold true to your purpose and the universe will do the rest.

Musical connection

Following from my last post on Auto Suggestion I realised something. Whilst listening to music that I like, I feel good yet why when I listen to music I dislike do I feel bad?. Then it hit me, it is obvious really. As Einstein said E=M2 meaning everything is energy, right ? well yes everything is energy. consider this when reading the following.

As everything is energy including thought and matter, and so is sound. Now sound is the best example you can use as energy vibrates, as does sound. When you listen to sound or music an E Motion is formed about the sound, I have separated the word emotion so you can see its relevance. Energy also = Motion. The feeling we get of elation or happiness when we listen to music that we like is that of the movement of positive energy throughout the body. It is the same process when we feel irritable depressed or unhappy whilst listening to certain kinds of music except its the motion or movement of negative energy throughout the body.

Though I would really like to concentrate here on the spiritual connection. Spiritually when you feel good you are aligned in someway with the infinite power (God, Source, Infinite Intelligence Etc.)this is because your energies are vibrating at a matching rate. When you are aligned you find things move your way much easier and experience much more happiness. If you are trying to achieve a goal in your life and not seemingly getting anywhere it could be down to the sources of sound you are allowing yourself to be exposed to.

Further to this i have also realised that some modern music can greatly help you with not only the music but also the lyrics combined. Try every morning listening to music that makes you feel good, taking care to pick music with lyrics that relate to your goals and desires. Even if the musics meaning in reality isn't exactly lyricaly correct, you can turn them around to match you.

Here's one I have been using.

Auto Suggestion

I have been studying a book called "Think & Grow Rich" By Napoleon Hill. Napoleon hill wrote this book 100 years ago and in my opinion was ahead of his time(if there is such a thing) In the book it shows the relevance of affirmations however most missunderstand how to use affirmatons effectively.

When you use affirmations its very important that you combile them with feeling, moreover emotion. Continuosly doing this is also known as Auto Suggestion. Once a person receives information over a lengthy period of time with a feeling of emotion attached, the subconcious mind then begins to accept it as part of the subconcious and becomes a faith. Faith is what becomes true for us, when we have complete unreserved faith in something it becomes absolute truth. This cannot be acheived by merely repating words over and over again it can only be acheived by Auto Suggestion.

As per the bible states "the lord needs not of vain repetitions"

If you want something you have to have more than just words, it takes faith, purpose and action.

Take allook at this video, use it to your advantadge. I have included music that has binural beats wich help access the subconcious mind. But you will need more than this on your journey!!

To have grattitude it to be greatfull, break this word down and you have the words full of greatness. Great is the universal power and energy that we are all part of, therefore the more greatful we are the better connected we are.

I beleive so strongly about this i have had the symbol tattoed on my chest to remind me each day to be greatful.

A successful meditation can prove very usefull in manifesting your desires as it helps clear your mind to enable you to visualise your desires. Is the Secret Working for you?

Do you remember that first spark of hope you felt when you watched The Secret? I clearly remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I can make my dreams come true – FINALLY!

But how many of you soon saw that hope dwindle into frustration? How many of you (and be honest now) started muttering things like:

- “It seems to work for other people, but I just can’t get it right.”

- “I’m frustrated that sometimes I can get it to work, but sometimes I can’t. What’s the trick?”

- “Why am I having so much trouble?”

- “I think the universe is against me.”

- “I’m trying very, VERY hard but still nothing is happening!”

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. About 97% of people also couldn’t make the Law of Attraction work for them the first time round. Think about it, just like anything else, you have to practice many times before you see success. A child doesn’t learn to walk without falling over a couple of times, right?

But in practice, everything is easier said and done. When you’re frustrated, it’s hard to stay positive. And it’s especially harder to stay positive when the evidence all around you is screams negativity like the unstable economy or senseless acts of violence such as those recently seen in Mumbai.

So how can you make the Law of Attraction work for you – without getting frustrated? How do those who successfully implement the Law of Attraction do it with such confidence and finesse?

Well, here’s three quick tips so you will never feel frustrated or tired of begging from the universe, because you know how to start manifesting like a pro.

1. Allow Yourself To Receive

Just like a lost child who approaches a police officer and asks, “Excuse me Sir, can you tell me how to go to the post office? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you?” Well, if the child goes on and on asking, the police officer can’t even give an answer, right?

Well, it’s the same thing with your mind. If the only thing your mind is doing is transmit, transmit, transmit, the universe — which is trying to respond — can’t give you a single thing because you’re not allowing yourself to receive!

So, have the confidence in yourself and stop exhausting yourself by running around person to person begging for riches, and then wondering why nobody is dropping a penny in your cup (Hint: It’s because you’re running away too fast for them before they can even reach for their wallets).

Just think of your desires and leave it out there, go away, and trust that your cup will be filled with gold coins (or whatever it is you asked for) when the time is right.

2. Be Patient With Yourself

Receiving takes time.

Sadly, many people give up just a couple of steps before the finish line because they’ve decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work at all. Worse still are those who throw in more and more energy because they think that with more resources, the results will come faster.

This is like expecting 9 mothers to conceive and deliver a baby in 1 month. You also can’t bake cookies in half the time by doubling the temperature. You’ll incinerate those cookies to ashes!

In simple terms: Everything in this world has a natural development time, and this fact will not change no matter what resources you throw at it.

So relax and be patient. Remember that you too, as part of the universe, are also governed by the laws of the universe, and you cannot change the natural development time.

If you remember this, you will less likely work yourself up into frustration, or worse, push yourself into a downward spiral of negativity.

3. Support and Educate Yourself

Like the child who is learning how to walk, you need support. You also need to guidance on how to do it, and also the role models to look up to.

Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” is the “be all and end all” solution. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” is just a small portion. It was never intended, and has never been, the whole answer.

Coming to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” 19 times (without looking at changing the habits of other areas of your life) is like coming to the conclusion that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight because all you did is run on the treadmill for 2 hours a day (but you’re still stuffing yourself with fried foods and cheesecakes).

So seek and be hungry for new knowledge. Also, make an effort to be amongst people or communities where you can support each other, learn from each other and also share new knowledge that you have found.

While the Law of Attraction is not an overnight delivery service, it will indeed deliver, if you do your part too!
