Musical connection

Following from my last post on Auto Suggestion I realised something. Whilst listening to music that I like, I feel good yet why when I listen to music I dislike do I feel bad?. Then it hit me, it is obvious really. As Einstein said E=M2 meaning everything is energy, right ? well yes everything is energy. consider this when reading the following.

As everything is energy including thought and matter, and so is sound. Now sound is the best example you can use as energy vibrates, as does sound. When you listen to sound or music an E Motion is formed about the sound, I have separated the word emotion so you can see its relevance. Energy also = Motion. The feeling we get of elation or happiness when we listen to music that we like is that of the movement of positive energy throughout the body. It is the same process when we feel irritable depressed or unhappy whilst listening to certain kinds of music except its the motion or movement of negative energy throughout the body.

Though I would really like to concentrate here on the spiritual connection. Spiritually when you feel good you are aligned in someway with the infinite power (God, Source, Infinite Intelligence Etc.)this is because your energies are vibrating at a matching rate. When you are aligned you find things move your way much easier and experience much more happiness. If you are trying to achieve a goal in your life and not seemingly getting anywhere it could be down to the sources of sound you are allowing yourself to be exposed to.



Further to this i have also realised that some modern music can greatly help you with not only the music but also the lyrics combined. Try every morning listening to music that makes you feel good, taking care to pick music with lyrics that relate to your goals and desires. Even if the musics meaning in reality isn't exactly lyricaly correct, you can turn them around to match you.

Auto Suggestion

I have been studying a book called "Think & Grow Rich" By Napoleon Hill. Napoleon hill wrote this book 100 years ago and in my opinion was ahead of his time(if there is such a thing) In the book it shows the relevance of affirmations however most missunderstand how to use affirmatons effectively.

When you use affirmations its very important that you combile them with feeling, moreover emotion. Continuosly doing this is also known as Auto Suggestion. Once a person receives information over a lengthy period of time with a feeling of emotion attached, the subconcious mind then begins to accept it as part of the subconcious and becomes a faith. Faith is what becomes true for us, when we have complete unreserved faith in something it becomes absolute truth. This cannot be acheived by merely repating words over and over again it can only be acheived by Auto Suggestion.

As per the bible states "the lord needs not of vain repetitions"

If you want something you have to have more than just words, it takes faith, purpose and action.

Take allook at this video, use it to your advantadge. I have included music that has binural beats wich help access the subconcious mind. But you will need more than this on your journey!!

Grattitude

To have grattitude it to be greatfull, break this word down and you have the words full of greatness. Great is the universal power and energy that we are all part of, therefore the more greatful we are the better connected we are.

I beleive so strongly about this i have had the symbol tattoed on my chest to remind me each day to be greatful.

Meditation is used for clearing of the body's energy centres also known as Chakra's. Meditation can also be used to clear and balance your mind and help you relax and de stress.
